How are void and pre-works surveys handled?

The current platform supports management and refurbishment survey workflows. Further demolition-specific and R&D workflow enhancements are in development. Management and refurbishment surveys both attach to the same property record, so the building history stays continuous.

Can contractors be given information from the register?

Register and report PDFs can be exported and shared. Access to the platform itself is controlled by your organisation's user roles.

Does it track reinspections across the portfolio?

Yes. The reinspection dashboard shows items due, overdue or with no inspection date recorded across all properties.

Does this make our organisation compliant with the duty to manage?

No. It helps you keep and evidence the records that support the duty to manage under CAR 2012. Compliance responsibility remains with the landlord as duty holder.
