A property passport is a building-level record that holds every survey, ACM item, reinspection and issued report for one address, so the asbestos history of the building is continuous rather than split across unrelated PDFs.

How are surveys linked to a property?

Addresses are normalised as surveys are created, so new surveys are suggested against an existing property passport automatically. Existing surveys can also be linked manually from the property record.

Does the passport show reinspection status?

Yes. Each property shows its ACM register, the last inspection date and any items that are due or overdue for reinspection.

Can multiple surveyors contribute to one property?

Yes. On multi-user plans, every surveyor in the organisation works against the same property record, so the building history stays in one place.

Does a property passport replace the statutory asbestos register?

No. It is the software record that holds and organises your register and survey evidence. Responsibility for the duty to manage, and for the accuracy of the survey, remains with the duty holder and the competent surveyor.
